Kohr Construction is owned and operated by Vince Carter. Vince is a South Carolina native and a second generation contractor. He was first exposed to home building as a young man when he worked with his father after school and during the summer. While working for his father he learned the value of hard work and that customer satisfaction should always take precedence when it comes to managing a construction company. At an early age, Vince’s father bestowed in him to be man of integrity and to do the right thing at all times and in all circumstances, whether or not anyone was watching. Vince went off to college graduating with Honors from Francis Marion University in Business Management. A few years later, Vince branched out and started his own commercial roofing business in 1996 and later a residential home building company in 2000. Vince has built numerous beautiful homes throughout South Carolina. He designs and builds his homes to stand out from the crowd and to greet everyone who enters with a touch of class, distinction, old world craftsmanship and exceptional attention to detail. Vince also started a commercial general contracting company in North and South Carolina that specializes in all aspects of commercial construction; such as, retail buildings, franchised restaurants, multi-family, and so on.
